Cancellation and Refund Conditions for Registrations

Participants wishing to cancel their registration are informed of the following terms:

• Any cancellation made more than 90 days before the event will result in a full refund of the registration fees. However, any rental fees charged by the ticketing provider will remain the responsibility of the participant and will not be refunded.
• For any cancellation made less than 90 days before the event, no refund will be granted.
• Any cancellation made before the event and covered by the « Ticket Refund Protection » insurance will result in a full refund, including the ticket amount and rental fees, subject to the conditions outlined in the following terms and conditions: https://www.refundable.me/weezevent-fr/
